Left the bay of Porto Petro at 8.00am. T&T let us sleep a little longer, but with the engine on you really want to go on deck.

After one hour we set sail with a 5 knts wind and a lumpy sea with large swell. Than increasing wind, 18-25 knts, so Tony and I switched the genoa to the stay sail. Spotted one dolphin! Then I was on helm for 2 -2,5 hours, a great sail! But I got really cold and had to visit the toilet…

Anita was feeling not too well and after my toilet escapade we both were out. So with an experienced skipper and crew, you just follow their instructions. We lay down and closed our eyes and yes, it works. So with two patients under the spray hood, eating crisps and doing nothing but survive, we were watching T&T doing all the work. Tony really was doing his best, but his boots let him down for the second time… With a spectacular dive he flew into the cockpit, only just missing the table. This time he lost his right sole… The fancy white glue did not do a good job... Knowing that he was ok, we got the giggles, works good when you’re not feeling too well! And did I hear someone saying, “This is my life”…?

Arriving at Mahon around 20.00pm, a long day, but Mahon is beautiful! Got a nice and quiet spot in the marina for a very special price! Tina again did a great job!

T&T went out for a pizza, we went for a steak.
