This will be short and probably incoherent.......
We have just spent most of the last night barreling along in ever mounting seas
and ever stronger winds. They have now been sustained between 35 and 40 knots
for the past 6 hours having built from flat calm yesterday morning on departure
from Graciosa.
Top winds have been in theregion of 43 knots a very
solid force nine. Top boat speed has been ...............18.4 Knots! I have some
pictures of the instruments which we will try to upload tomorrow. In th
emeantime we are just hanging on..... there has been little or no
sleep.....
ETA Gibraltar Wednesday AM barring
disasters!
