Sana'a and the
Mountains
While in Yemen we decided to visit the capital
Sana'a in the North West of the country.
In Sana'a there is the most amazing old quarter with tall narrow brick
houses and a maze of tiny streets. It is like going back in time for
hundreds of years.
During our stay we obtained our visas for India
and also went on a trip into the mountains around Sana'a. Every bit of
land that can be used is used and the terraces are a real sight to
see.
