Pottered down the coast of Mjlet in cloud and a little rain, lovely! Cool and refreshing, the day improved with sunshine in the afternoon but still cool. Picked up a buoy in the amusingly named O.Kolkluje!! a guy came over in his dinghy and asked if we would like to eat in his restaurant, he was really nice so I agreed we would look at the menu he left with us and take it back to him later. We had decided not to eat out last night, so I dinghied over to him after a while and told him the sad news, I offered to pay for the use of the buoy but he refused, in due course we got chatting and he showed me his home/restaurant, very simple but spotless, I asked if I could buy a beer and we sat and chatted, I was feeling a bit guilty and thought I would give a fiver for the buoy when I paid for my beer. Eventually, I got up to leave after a long chat with him and his wife and son, all such lovely friendly people, not only would he not take any money for the buoy he refused to be paid for the beer either, saying, come and eat at my restaurant next time you pass. A beautiful bay, and what beautiful people. Such a lovely change. Had veg curry on board and left fairly early owing to a plague of wasps interrupting breakfast, no wind, so motored to the island of Kolocep, anchored in a little bay for the night, ready for the 10 mile trip to Dubrovnic Marina tomorrow
