Next morning we discovered the GPS problem, it appears we have fitted the satellite telephone aerial too close to the other electronics and it is affecting them, glad to have it solved, have to move the antenna at some time.

A breeze got up after breakfast and we sailed all day, a light southerly, so a beam reach at 6 or 7 knots made for a beautiful, if uneventful day, we also saw three large pilot whales as we had our 1800 beer. We put the clocks forward two hours so we will arrive in Horta on Azores time. As I type this it is 2130 and the sun has just gone down, we have 58 miles to go and expect to make landfall around 0600 tomorrow, perfect, just as the sun comes up.
