Beautiful bright sunny morning but COLD, I couldn’t sleep for the cold, now up and about in a sweater! It is 20 centigrade but I guess we are used to the tropical heat of the Caribbean, hopefully we will adjust. Flat calm sea and no wind, so motoring. We have enough deisel to reach Horta, thank goodness we brought 300 litres in cans, that, together with the 380 litres in the tank means fuel is not a worry. Wind got up around lunch time and we had a good sail until 2200 when it died, Herb is talking South West 15-25 knots over next couple of days which would be nice, at present it is 0100 on the 25th and there is about a knot from the West, the sea is flat and the sun is making the night nearly as bright as day. We caught a nice little blue fin tuna this pm, Joe made part of it into sushi which was nice with the evening ‘beer’. Phil enjoyed his so much he forgot to fill in his 1900 log! First time ever!  The tuna is great but we reckon we pulled two lines about 300 miles with nothing, the fishing here is not as good as further South. 300 miles to go and counting
