After  a promising start, we are suffering from severe lack of wind, yesterday found us motoring over a slight sea with little help from the 7 or 8 knots of wind, we even played scrabble in the cockpit. Efforts to add fresh fish to our diet have not been too successful to date with the score standing at fish 3, us 0! Hooked a monster which laughed as he snapped the 60lb line, lost another and reeled a modest barracuda to the swimm platform where he bumped his nose on the transom and jumped off the hook! Trying again today. Awoke t absolute mirror sea, quite spectacular with a fab sunrise and a fleeting visit from a pair of dolphins. Weather still gorgeous but a little cooler, actually wearing t shirt evening and morning. Crew all well and hoping to receive Herbs net today, as we get closer to the States. All praying for some breeze, interestingly, the 2 knots we do have seem to be coming from the North West which is encouraging. More Anon
