The last day of our first visitors. We took P3 to
the anchorage just outsideTrogir, good holding and close to the town, went
ashore for a successful shopping trip and returned to find an 80 foot power boat
had anchored very close by. As the evening wore on and he obviously wasn't
gpoing anywhere (apart from possibly crashing into us overnight if the wind
changed) I politely asked him if he was happy with the situation, whereupon the
skipper told me he thought we should move! I explained we were there first,
which he had the gall to dispute. I explained the timing from our log and warned
him off, well, the owner refused and we subsequentally discovered that he left
crew on watch all night, rather than just move 100 yards!strange.This morning we
moved back to our quiet bay, about 10 minutes away so our guests can have a
morning swimming and snorkelling until 1200 when we take them back to the
taxi.
