Long walk along the coast today, what a disaster, the beaches are swathed in tides of blue gooh, baby jellyfish, millions of them washed up on the beach, just tiny, but the big ones are in the sea, with their little sails up, the turtles have nowhere to lay their eggs owing to resort development and its the turtles that eat the jellyfish. When I came across the Med in 1998 I saw thousands of turtles, this year we have seen none, beware the invasion, the Med could die because of this, when will anyone do anything about it? When we are all a little less greedy for profit I guess, sorry, I am rambling, thats it for today, off to Sardinia tomorrow.
