 We are experimenting with using alternatives to plastic in the galley, so as not to end up with too much plastic waste, especially when we are in far flung parts of the world where recycling may be difficult. 316 Stainless steal food containers of various shapes and sizes, cloth and silicone reusable bowl and plate covers, glass and ceramic reusable containers, reusable mesh vegetable bags, stainless steal water bottles and beakers, cloth napkins, beeswax fabric for wrapping food, special reusable cheese paper….
