Dany II is now in Trapani, Sicily, Italy…another nice spot…more great food, & of course wine!…We had a great downwind sail for the 1^{st. day with the jib poled out, we were doing 7-10knts.!…unfortunately the wind dropped out later in the evening & we had to power for the rest of the trip. Entering Tripani at 0200 was interesting since the harbor has doubled in size with the addition of 2 new breakwaters, not shown on any of our charts, both paper & electronic!….fortunately, it was calm & clear….there also lots of new moorings, so we were able to take one the next morning, free of charge…that will probably change during the months of July & Aug. tho…today is July 1st., so we’ll see what happens…it’s another beautiful sunny day here, still fairly cool, so after doing a few boat chores, we’ll go & have a look at the ruins on top of the hill.}
