Dany II on the move - to Singapore

Dany II is on the move, again, in the capable hands, again, of Jack and Sandi. Today's position: 2:28.00N 101:40.00E after leaving Langkawi on Tuesday Dec. 1st. Jack and Sandi report good winds for the first day, trying out Dany II's brand news sails ... and then the wind died and they have motoring since, against strong contrary tides and even having to heave to for a few hours in an electrical storm.

After getting into Langkawi in September, Jack and Sandi spent all the time since, fixing all the issues on Dany II and in their spare time getting their own boat ready for renewed cruising. Except that I have once again run out of time to get her to Singapore before Christmas, and persuaded them to be "once more unto the breach dear friends". Over Christmas we're going to sail her, the three of us, to Borneo ... ever closer to the Philippines!
