Our last tack.

We have just tacked towards Plymouth. If the winds hold steady we will be arriving at 7am, tomorrow morning. We are experiencing light winds and are punching tide, but an average speed of 4 knots should see us home. We are using as little power as we can, so only using equipment as we need it, to give the batteries time to recharge.

Spirits are still good, although that beer in the Marina Bar is looking pretty damn good!

Can someone tell Lucy Walker on FB that Alex won’t be making band practice tonight? Recording at Barneys should be okay. We may get a mobile signal abeam the Lizard so will send texts and try and call. That should be in about 7 hours.
