I set sail on Monday 1st May.  So far so good weather has been kind, wind mainly from the NE but shifted lunch time to SE so had to pole out the Gib. Not much wind at present, going along slowly have sailed most of the time but had the engine on last night. Sailed over 200nm since leaving BVI. Have been sleeping well at night, check every hour. Felt nauseous and haven't been that hungry, but been forcing small amounts of food on a regular basis, just getting my sea legs again. Still pretty hot and humid looking forward to cooler climates!
