This is a very different trip.Quite big waves and
swell such that moving around, particularly down below, requires clinging
on to anything stable and taking the minor bruises on the chin. The boys think
it is all gung ho. Personally I find it all too wasteful of gin and tonic.
Because of wind directions, currents etc we are proceding in a rather more
westerly direction than is desirable- will probably end up beached in North
Carolina.
I am told the winds should abate a bit later today
- though a hint of the Pinnochio nose is detectable.
