Our departure from Cartagena was again delayed this weekend when Anita’s father was taken into hospital. John was on the way to Gatwick airport last Tuesday when he received call from Anita so it was back to Woodlands.  He now seems to be on the mend and John is re-booked to go the Cartagena on the 3^rd. We will then plan to leave the following weekend or as soon as we have a following wind. The plan is a leisurely trip via the Balearics and southern Sardinia to Trapani on the Norwest corner of Sicily where we hope to spend some time exploring the island.
