A quite day at Sopers Hole waiting for the weather to calm down. Bill and
Susan came over for a couple of hours in the mid morning. The work to the
top of their mast was also delayed by weather. John took the opportunity to
service the engine fuel pump and to give the bilges a clean. The anchorage
became very crowded with boats of all sizes coming in for shelter. Weather
forecast for tomorrow looks OK although the seas will take a while to die
down. We will fuel and water at about 0900 and then head across to Jost van
Dyke which is only 5 miles away. Went across to the Jolly Roger for a drink
at about 1830 and decided to have a pizza whilst we were there. Met some
nice people from Jamaica and Dominican Republic.
