23rd MAY 2008
We left Provo
a bit later than anticipated as we had to wait for the boat to guide us out of
the reefs. We departed at around 7.45am and headed towards our next
destination called the Mayaguana
Island. As luck
would have it we were unlucky in that the wind light and was behind us all the
way and therefore had to listen to engine for the duration of the trip.
We arrived in Mayaguana at around 5.30pm to navigate through some more reefs
with Anita being on the lookout for reefs up forward and in charge of anchoring
which she did perfectly as usual. John did a great job with Geoff in
navigating and driving the boat.
This for you Aunty Sylvia courtesy of Anita –
hope you are well and will try to call you when we get to Nassau. Lv
