As Martin and Sharon went by we upped anchor and headed off, unfortunately it was a motor.

We anchored and got in the water to give the rest of the bottom a wipe over, we didn’t get down to the keel but wiped the thin layer of growth off the rest of the hull.
We went ashore a couple of times going into the small harbour where there are 3 reasonably sized supermarkets a butchers and bakers near by, however the dinghy dock area is now tiny, with local boats taking up half of it where we could tie up when we were last here, leaving room for 3 possibly 4 at a push dinghy’s  where you
have to scramble ashore onto the rocks and try and find something to secure your dinghy to, I don’t blame the locals as they make money from land tourism etc but it would be nice if the area had some thought to the visiting boats as well!
We headed over to Pigeon island on the day with least swell to have a snorkel which was fun, we had hoped to do a dive but after snorkelling we decided it wasn’t worth it this time due to the swell and poor visibility in places.
