We were only stopping here overnight and so didn’t go ashore of check in but anchored flying a yellow flag, it was bliss to be in an anchorage without any swell and so Innamorata wasn’t rolling for the first time in a couple of weeks 🤩🤩🤩. Martin and Sharon anchored not far away and we rowed over to have a drink and chat, we are heading to Martinique tomorrow and they are planning to go to Marie Gallant before heading to Martinique. 
We haven’t been to Dominica since 2012 and really must give it another go sometime, but not now, the loudmusic and drums all night was enough to ensure we didn’t stay 🤣. It is the end of Carnival there so I’m sure it’s not always as bad, so maybe next year?
