Early morning sail round to Jolly, we had a nice rainbow to sail towards and managed to miss most of the rain, the wind was a bit gusty at times and as we approached Jolly the wind increased a bit as did the rain showers, once anchored we waited for a little while for a dry patch before going ashore.
Extending the cruising permit was pretty easy and only cost a few EC$, we then headed to the shop and chandlery.
Back on the boat yes more sewing! Every time I get the sewing machine out etc Steve either gets evicted from the saloon or is roped into helping move the fabric around so it doesn’t snag on anything! It takes time to get it all out and set it up and then put everything away each day which is another reason it’s taking so long.
