we sailed the 2 miles south to Anse Noire, a small bay with good snorkel and dive spots nearby. Nicky and Reg sailed back across Atlantic recently having, like us sailed home during covid in 2020, we last saw then in the BVI at end 2019 early 2020.

the anchorage is small and boats tend to move in different directions so you have to leave a lot of room between you and the other boats, initially we tried to anchor in near the dock but decided to move out to the south side, where we were in fairly deep water and swung nearish the shore at times! 

We spent an evening on Blue Velvet and Nicky and Reg came over to innamorata, we were going to dive with them but Steves eyes have been troubling him for s few days, he’s having trouble focusing so we opted not to dive. After 2 nights we decided to head to Fort De France to see if we could get Steve seen by an ophthalmologist.
