We left Fuengirola in overcast skys and rough
seas. The wind was straight onto us so it was tough going with lots of
crashing around. The first port we arrived at had no room for us. We
called another marina on the radio and they were also full, so it was back out
into the rough seas for another 1 1/2 hours to the next marina. This is
filled with super yachts and mega yachts, we are like the country bumkin here,
and the price reflects that, it is the most expensive place we have stayed, 98
Euros for one nights moorage. The weather seems to be deteriorating and we
are still two days from Gibraltar, we may have to take another rough day
today.
