We have spent three nights in the port of
Almerimar, a nice marina and the cheapest we have found so far, the cost of 14
Euros per night... a bargain compared to our usual cost of 42 Euros per
night. The town was a half hour bus trip away. On our second
day here I went shopping at the chandlers and bought more stuff for the boat
which included a new Danbouy and new lines for the Gennaker. We left on
Saturday morning and had a great day motor sailing along to Motril which is
a very small port. Tomorrow we hope to get a very early start as we are
planning to go 55 NM to our next port of call.
