Visit to Kaş Buçak Marina - By Road - 7 Oct 2010 - via Antalya, Kemer and Finike

We decided to join with Patrick and Margaret off Aqua Magic in hiring a car and taking a trip along the coast for a couple of days.  Patrick had a windlass solenoid to deliver to Finike and also two new Harken winches to pick up from there.  We wanted to see the marina being constructed at Kaş.  This a view site of the new Kaş Buçak Marina development from the main road above, as at 7 October 2010.  As can be seen, the quays are now in place and the building shells have all been constructed.  All the quays are cordoned-off with a long line of buoys, so the quays cannot be used by itinerant visitors.  The wind was blowing into the inlet from the West, Force 3-4, but although the quays seem very exposed, the water between the quays was almost flat-calm and there was no noticeable swell.
