We are the boat in the middle. Moored stern to the quay with two
stern lines and a bow line to a very large concrete block. There is
plenty of room between each boat - an unusual luxury and one which may
not last too long as the staff expect an influx of boats for the
winter; all drawn by the idea of a new marina at relatively low
prices. You can see our new sun shades over the deck which help a
great deal as the temperature in the shade is usually 33℃ - they were
made in the US by a company called "Shade Tree" - rather appropriate.
The hillside behind is planted with banana trees - similar to Paphos
in Cyprus.
