Hi Folks,

We are now on our 4th Caribbean island and the weather.  So far

St Lucia ---Rain
Martinique --- Rain
Dominica  --- Rain
Guadeloupe --- Rain

Tomorrow we will head for Antigua.  Coleen and Milo are busy reviewing the locations we can visit in Antigua and hoping for better weather.  It is a typical British summer over here with rain pretty constant.  We have had our first run in with Customs in Dominica this morning, We did stop for a sleep in Dominica last night, arriving when the offices are closed and leaving before the customs was open so we viewed that since we did not land we did not need to clear.  The customs launch either boarded us as a random check or because they saw us leave.  In any case they were very friendly and we will be taking the same approach with Customs in Guadeloupe. The officers who came on board wanted to see the rest of the crew and Milo and Coleen were asked come out of bed to show themselves.  After they had done so the guy in charge said OK there are your two kids, you said your wife was on board can you show me her passport, is she asleep?  I know that Coleen can pass herself off for younger than she is, but as my daughter is a new one on me.

Even if it has been raining we have had good wind and I hope for the same tomorrow as we head North for Antigua, the plan is to stay there for a couple of nights and with luck have some sunshine and go for a swim, visit some beaches etc.

The onward plan after that is currently

Nevis and St Kitts - Saturday / Sunday
Anguilla  - Monday
Virgin Islands - Tuesday - Sunday

Then onwards and Eastward.
