Fine sail through the night, occasionally 26 knot winds but averaged 16-20 knots our speed around 6-7 knots. Very little rain.

The dawn brought flying gems, iridescent green and black moths. Hundreds of them. None on the deck, just fluttering toward the southwest.

We are anchored at the flats just outside the entrance to the canal at Colon.

We will schedule a time to be measured and then decide whether to return to San Blas for awhile or chart a different course until February when we expect to transit.
