So it is time for the Sea monkey to move on again. After a really good
almost 3 weeks in Samoa we will be setting sail for Tonga this morning
(Thursday). It may take up to 4 days or so depending on weather for us to arrive
in the Vava’u group of islands of Tonga which is nearer the north end of the
country. Over the last week in Samoa we have enjoyed a really good cultural show they put on once a week here all about traditional Samoan life, snorkeling in the marine reserve near the marina, a hike through the very green and wet forest to a crater lake at the top of a mountain and of course some more visits to town. It is sad to be leaving such a great place but exciting to be sailing on to the next destination which we are all looking forward to. Phil |
