We are actually in Gaigar, a mangrove hole with good protection, we had to drop the anchor quite deep so it will be trying out the block and tackle for me later on today!  We went on a wonderful hike into the mountains with Idelfonso and yesterday was a ridiculously interesting/challenging/fabulous visit to the village, lots of huts, no signs, little english but we did manage to get permission to stay at the congresso (the island government) and went to Rudolfo’s house to buy molas from traditional Kuna ladies. Highlight of yesterday was seeing a dolphin in the last lagoon we were in, amazing. Just bought 2 yucca’s from a man in a dugout canoe and almost time for lunch!
