The last few weeks have been busy. We have returned for overnight visits to
Itaipu a number of times, and had an aborted attempt to head to Buzios for a
few days with friends.

The Buzios trip had to be knocked on the head due to very confused seas
causing severe sea-sickness for one of our young guests. It's a 12-15hr
overnight run up to Buzios, so after the first two hours, we called it quits
and turned back. That's the great thing about being on our own clock, we'll
just go again in a week or so.

In the interim, we have also had the Parasailor repaired. You may recall
that it went overboard, again, a day or two out of Rio. Well with the break
in the 38degree weather it was time to get it out and repack it.
Unfortunately, the last trip under the keel had left it's mark, and there
were five or six 10cm tears, some around reinforcing points. Not to worry,
Reginaldo from Veleria Wave to the rescue. A few days later, all is good
again, and our downwind beast is better than new.
