Today is the kind of day we had been hoping for since we started the crossing and it has taken til day 10 to get it.

The night had been a bit lumpy with big seas and 25Knt+ winds. None of us slept particularly well. But today it is perfect. The sun has got his hat on (hip, hip, horay), not a cloud in the sky and the wind is blowing 15kts from the ENE. The boat is yomping steadily downhill.

We have just had a nice lunch with a bottle of wine and everyone is taking on some rays and having a siesta on different parts of the boat. We are listening to music and the boat has taken on a 'holiday' atmosphere. Lets hope it stays this way for a while - all the way to Barbados would be nice.
