Back from China into the warm humid season.  It’s a bit of a challenge getting used to the difference between 18C in Kunming and 38C in Phuket, before the monsoon season starts.  They had their New Year called Songkran on 14^th April, which is meant to be the start of the rains, but in fact, it did not rain during the day until 1^st May!
