|   Fields of sunflowers abound, oil for food and
  alternative source of fuel makes the countryside so attractive   
 In the rolling countryside at the foothills of the Pyrenees are
  fields of sunflowers, and wine
  vineyards. 
   All given various
  denominations.  Blanquette de Limoux is a traditionally fermented
  sparkling wine as good as champagne 
         
 The Canal du Midi winds its way along the foothills
  of the Pyrenees too 
 The Canal was not made
  deep enough for commercial navigational purposes, but serves as a great way
  to spend a Holiday, renting these canal motor boats.   
 Lagrasse   
 A BMW with Sidecar is
  quite a rarity!  Valerie’s not tempted to travel that way however,
  it looks rather low down and vulnerable!
