Monday, 13th August.

 

Weather forecast has brought about a change of plan.  We are due for a serious blow from the south starting Tuesday afternoon.  We either stay in La Coruna for a couple more days until it has passed or set off now.  Karen is due to arrive in Porto on Tuesday morning, so we decided to set off now into only moderate southerlies.

 

Rather a wet and murky day in La Coruna.  A bit of last minute shopping for essentials, and then we are off along with the tall ships who are gathered in la Coruna.
