Having had time to think what we wanted to do prior to returning to Palma at the end of September to get ready for The Oyster Regatta and crew staying on board we headed up the coast with the intention of heading over to the island of Cabreira for a couple of days again somewhere we had been several times 3plus years ago and really liked but we needed to book a buoy online and that is never simple or at least not for us and especially when they had changed the website format!!

So we anchored in a nice bay with a long sandy beach and very little development behind and hopefully sheltered from the swell . Again more good swims and also a lovely walk along the beach which again was busy but still very pleasant . Also a chance do do ones boat for the environment by picking up plastic - note to self take bag every time one goes ashore as hands are limited in the amount they can carry. fortunately there were recycling bins near the two beach cafes.
