Jocelyn arrived late on 20th September having flown from London. making it to the boat by taxi D and I went out fora very nice n]meal at a restaurant iopposite the Oyster Pontoon. Andrew had disappeared for his supper and he left early the following morning to return to the UK 9thanks Andrew for helping D bring the boat across and all the victualling and cleaning of the boat :-) We decided to head straight out rather than staying any longer in the marina as it was extremely hot. David had done some food shopping so we weren’t going to starve at anchor. So we headed back west to Palma Nova to anchor and also hopefully for a swim which indeed was the case. water 25p[lus - clear and bliss - I might be used to swimming in The Percuil max. 19 this summer but this was heaven.
Lots of boats at anchor as the weekend and a lot of jet skiers and motor boats pulling people behind on various things apart from skis so not the quietest of anchorages but still good to be out of the marina and for me back on the water.
