Strange weather here- rain and squalls for the past few days. Had gust of 44 knots in one squall with brief appearance of 10.4 knots ? record for Sattwa as she surfed down a wave. We had a short thunderstorm last night with lightening and very heavy rain. Now sun coming out –doing 4.5 knots in 6 knots of wind. We’ve got 1100 miles left to the Azores. We’ve seen much more shipping activity with 3 ships yesterday and 2 today so far. Hoping to get into more settled wind pattern soon. All well on board. Had pasta and carbonara last night for dinner.
