All  well .Still quite rough seas-moving around the boat is difficult.10 foot swells.Cooking takes a lot of effort not to spill anything.Last omelette ended up in fridge-(before it was cooked ! )20-25 knot forecast next 24 hours so we can expect it to continue. Sleeping is also difficult at times due to lurching of boat.That said were all in good form and looking forward to calmer seas.
