Today we motored a few miles to Los Grullos or Kuanidup.  There is a small kuna-run resort here.  The cabanas are built kuna style;  however, there are twin beds, not hammocks for sleeping.  It seemed like all the cabanas were occupied.  Tom  dinghied over to make reservations for dinner.  SIMANDERAL also arrived in the afternoon and we made a jolly party ashore in the evening.

The snorkelling was good, but there was a fair distance to swim between coral heads.  We misjudged the right place to anchor and ended up behind the smaller island in fairly deep water, but the holding was good and we slept well- all one can ask!

Dinner was a very tasty fish , prepared kuna-style, with rice and salad followed by succulent fresh pineapple.  We had a lovely time with good friends and chatted a while with the people staying at the resort.  A happy time and a change of pace for all of us!
