The run for the day was 123 miles, not all of it in the right
direction. The winds eventually calmed down early this morning but then
went further East of North to head us.This meant we either had to go further off course or bite the bullet and
start the Donk. .
As there is a lively weather system predicted for the Saturday we decided
to put up with the noise and motor sail.
Currently doing about 5 knots. Probably able to resume sailing course later
tonight.
Some sunny periods likely today.
We have 430 miles to go (or 400 if we go to Fowey).
Galley notes: Galley closed due to cook going one way, oven the other.
Normal service will be resumed.
