We turned West this morning so now pointing the
right way for the Caribbean!
Water temp now 27 Deg. Getting warm during the day
but still chilly at night.
Approx 200 miles North East of the Cape Verde Islands.
Noon Position 19 16.4'N 022
10.9'W
Speed 6-7 Kts
Wind NE'ly 5-6 .clear sky.
163 miles run (numerically the same as yesterday but today was a 25hr run
as the clocks went back yesterday).
Only one ship seen in the past day but we must be
on a Flying fish flight path as plenty of these about. Tommy the Tuna lure used
yesterday but nothing to show for this outing.
Last nights galley tour de force was Hash Brown aka the Ivy
Restaurant. Bananas with creme anglais.
