 Saturday 25th Ramsgate

Finally, back from Oz, we’ve moved on board!

Sunday 26th RTYC Casting off party

Get together at the RTYC with friend and family. As well as those mentioned or snapped below loads of others were there, including Charlotte, Rose and Colin & Maggie– I just didn’t get around to everyone! Too much to drink I recall!

Phil Rutt –“nice tub!”

Roses are red

Violets are blue

We like your boat

And you do too!

May you have many adventures and many laughs….in an up and down sicky sort of a way!

Kate & Mike set off to sea

In a boat the call “Right Turn”

We wished them well, raised a glass

In hop of their safe return

May adventure be your colleague

As you sail into the sun

And may the next small steps in your story

Be amazingly oodles of fun!

Love Hannah and Will xxx

(Aka The Groovers!)

Kate & Mike – you are the best

So now it is the final test

We sadly now say “Goodbye”

‘Cause we know it’s time to fly!

But, ever to return to...Ramsgate!

Love Jo & Mike xx

Have a great trip! Hope to see you on Corfu/Cor Phew/Cor wherever! No asparagus!

Lots of love Rose & Russ xxx

The owl and the pussycat`….. No, that doesn’t work…blue hull! Shall miss you and wonder where you are and, wherever it may be, keep safe & be happy! The world is your lobster!

All our love Lynne & Ken xxx

Tuesday 28th Ramsgate

Final preparations & victualling

 Wednesday 29th Ramsgate to Brighton

We’ve left! Thought it would never happen. 7am start and no wind but the sun shone and we’re v happy!

Part sail, part motor. Lovely day, if you don’t count that

The loo’s leaking

The Yeoman plotter broke

The Furono plotter’s intermittent fault has returned!

However, safely in Brighton marina now.

 Thursday 30th Brighton

Day in Brighton fixing broken bits. Bloke from elec engineers came and fixed the Yeoman so at least we have back up if the intermittent fault returns. Mike has spent the day swearing at the leaking loo!
