The wind grew lighter through the night until the engine was started at breakfast time.  We have motored slowly since then with sails rolled away or set for the little bits of wind around.  With full sun a T-shirt and hat are essential, but I keep retreating to the cabin.
 
 
 We sailed past this, I presume an unwell turtle as it did not dive.  It looked alive but that could have been the waves moving it.  It was big, perhaps a foot long but I do not know the species.
 
 Only 157 miles left now which should put us in Porto Das Lajes on Flores sometime Thursday morning.
 
 I finished another book this morning - a hard life.
