Adam and I walked round to the airport.  He flew down to Reykjavik, cheaper than by bus and stayed last night before his flight back today.  Lorna flew in to Reykjavik 6 hours late, met Adam at the guest house for a few hours sleep and came on up here today.  She is sat here dosing now.

I asked at the tourist office whether the whales we saw were right whales or bowheads (Greenland right whales).  She said that whales were big black things and her postcards did not include either.  Her new glasses will let her see them, so she may be able to tell next time.
