so near yet so far away....

 

 

its all downhill from here.,..... after some frustrating periods yesterday where even with full sail up Jon Jon refused to move we headed south again to find more wind and got it ... perfect night time conditions clear sky , calm sea and 18 knots of wind....I say calm.,.....calmish!!!

 

 

passed the halfway point last night about 1am and were are having champagne breakfast to celebrate

then its down to hard work eeking out as much from jon jon in these lightish winds until we turn and then well have to battle strong winds again till we get there ....but fast we hope

 

woo hoo 10 days to go.
