We arrived this evening in Rensburg, about half way through the Kiel canal after a 36 hour, 210 mile passage from Vlieland in the Dutch Frisian islands. Really interesting night passage with lots of ships and fishing boats to keep the watch keepers on their toes.  Lovely summer sunny weather sailing into the Elbe and along the canal.  Crew have gone ashore for an explore and a well earned beer.

 

Into the Baltic tomorrow, no more tides until August!
