COG 260, wind 12-16knts from more East so behind the boat. Both sails up. Seas have calmed.French Polynesia time 4.45pm

The strong winds and large swells lasted into the early part of last night when thankfully they let up and things became a bit calmer and easier to manage. We had a fast run over night and into this morning untill the wind dropped off before lunch. Its back again nowand its all a lot more comfortable then yesterday. Looking like a late morning arrival into Niue.

Not much to report on board. We havent seen any sea life since leaving Palmerston and as we have a freezer full of fish Nick has stopped fishing. So its just noses in books and ears open for podcasts.

Next update should be us in Niue all being well :)
