Its been a bit of a frustrating night and day with the winds being very light and all over the place. We had the head sail poled out over night but as the wind swung we found ourselves veering south to keep the sail full. In the morning we gybed the pole and we were able to hold it on the other side for a little while. After doing about 3 knts for a while the engine was started in frustration and we managed to motor sail for a while. Still motoring now..... lots of dark clouds around but no wind.... Nick has the soap ready in the cockpit just incase we get a shower but no sign of that either.....

The word ahead is that the others are experiencing the same sort of thing after the 20+knts that they had. Anyway onwards we go - just slowly. So slowly....

We are still managing to amuse ourselves between naps. Book reading, movie watching and eating seem to take up most of our time. Monopoly deal is making a come back and we put stakes on each game. We found some pelican poo on the bimini that we had missed when we cleaned in the Galapagos. I lost the tournament today and lucky for me that sunbaked, incrusted poop is now all mine....
