04.44.792 S 107.56.758 W cog 251 speed 7knts wind 18-21 just forward of the beam. Seas 2m confused.

The night started off pretty easily after a calm day yesterday, but through the night the wind gradually increased to about 20knts into this morning. Its stayed around that most of the day. The seas are pretty confused so we are rolling around quite a bit. There have been a number of squalls - from which we have had a bit of rain. One squall had a water spout in it so we were happy to stay clear of that one!

Life on board continues - rolly and stumbling as we go. The main and the jib are reefed up but we are still making progress in the right direction. Not much chance of exciting food today as its a bit tough in the galley.

Onwards we go..
